About the Journal

The Rushton Journal of Undergraduate Humanities Research is an annual interdisciplinary journal that publishes outstanding undergraduate scholarship. The journal welcomes submissions of scholarly work from WSU undergraduates in the humanities and related fields, such as African American studies, anthropology, art history, communication, English, foreign languages, history, and philosophy. Edited by Wayne State students, the Rushton Journal aims to build intellectual community and to enhance the undergraduate experience at Wayne State.
