The study focuses mainly on counselors-in-training self-efficacy and the impact of clinical supervision. The sample size of 227 counselors-in-training all received some type of clinical supervision. The deliverance of clinical supervision did not have any significance between them. Therefore, virtual clinical supervision is just as effective as face-to-face clinical supervision. Also, the counselors-in-training who were in internship class had a much higher level of self-efficacy than the counselors-in-training in the technique and practicum class. The counselors-in-training in the practicum class had a much higher level of self-efficacy than the technique class. Therefore, the level of counseling programs does affect the level of self-efficacy.
