This site is designed to be a repository for papers, datasets, articles, and other materials broadly focused on cooperation by local governments on public services. Our interest in forming this working group is to facilitate the exchange of information on this important topic among academics and practitioners around the country.
We encourage interested parties to submit materials to this site. Uploading materials to this site is very easy and will greatly facilitate the dissemination of information about this important topic. We are especially interested in hosting working papers, conference papers, datasets, reports, presentation materials, and bibliographies. It is our hope that this site will be a useful resource to practitioners and academics alike. Authors of the materials posted will receive a monthly report detailing how often their materials have been downloaded.
