Abstract
The article reports results of the determination of some blood serum protein variants of the Karamojo. The following gene frequencies were observed: Hp1 0.648; TfD 0.019; Gc1 0.686. The frequency of the Pp1 phenotype is low (5.4%). Pseudocholinesterase activities were measured by the semiquantitative “Boifan” test. In more than half of the specimens pseudocholinesterase activity exceeded the normal values for Europeans.
